What is included in our Professional Carpet Cleaning:
- Protection. Firstly, we will put protection under your carpets. It will prevent water and cleaning products from penetrating and damaging your floors.
- Vacuuming. The whole surface of your carpet/upholstery will be thoroughly vacuumed. This step will help remove dust, dirt, and loose soil.
- Stain removal. All stains will be treated with suitable products and cleaning solutions. Complete stain removal is not recommended since the effectiveness of this step depends on the type of stains, the making of the fabric, as well as the amount of time they have been on your carpet/upholstery. Any cleaning attempts on your side may have also affected the stains making them harder to remove or even permanent.

If things or furniture are in the way of our cleaners’ cleaning process, they may be moved. However, anything above 20 kg or of a larger size will not be moved. The cleaner will make every effort to clean beneath and around it.

Yes, smaller furniture pieces will be moved around in order to help the cleaner reach all areas of the carpet. Larger furniture pieces will not be moved.
It is not recommended that you walk on your carpet, right after it has been cleaned. The reason for that is that the steam cleaning will leave the fibres of the carpet fragile, fluffy, and fresh. Walking on the carpet with heavy or filthy shoes may ruin it. Moving back the furniture is also not recommended.
